[GCP] HTTP(S) 로드밸런서 http 에서 https로 리다이렉트 하기

GCP HTTP(S) 로드밸런서는 https로의 리다이렉션을 지원하지 않습니다.

 

그래서 Origin Web Server에 SSL을 적용 하시거나 클라이언트 스크립트에서 리다이렉트를 처리하셔야 합니다.
